- time to get on the water and receive some coaching a week away from the worlds and provide a great oppurtunity to train alongside top sailors and up your windsurfing if your planning to attend future internationals or UKwa events.
- Getting all the talking, goal setting, and classroom lectures completed before we arrive in Latvia. Improve chance of sailors taking in information, give time over the following days to think about their goals for the event, complete any pre event tasks and a good high intensity warm up before the competition. On water coaching will primarily be focused on starting and pre event. Also reduce sailor and parent stress on arrival and during the event and making everyone aware of their event roles.
- Combined with open training to include those not part of the non selected techno 293 uk support at Latvia and offer opportunities for those who cant attend the summer camp and sailors from the south to receive local techno coaching during August.
- Complete equipment load at the end of the second days training
